Out of Office Reply
1. Via your email program:
Click on the email program you use and it will take you to a page with instructions to follow.
2. Via the webmail area:
Go to mail.your-domain.co.za (if your domain is computerscience.co.za, then go to mail.computerscience.co.za)
Log in with your e-mail address and password
Click on the settings icon
Click on the heading Auto Reply
Complete the details and save
Note: If you do not see a save button below your message, you need to zoom out on your screen to see it (hold down the ctrl key + scroll down on your mouse OR use the zoom function in your browser).
