To request an additional email account you need to log in to your client portal (where you do changes on your website), go to admin & reports, then domain & email management and click on request an additional email account.

Please login to your webmail (mail.your-domain.co.za) and click on settings and then spam, there your can update spam level and block email accounts.

Once logged in to the webmail, go to Settings > Identities > Click on the Identity. You will find all of the settings there including a space to enter an e-mail signature.

POP3 - Post Office Protocol: You can use only one computer to check your email (no other devices). Your mails are stored on the computer that you use. Sent mail is stored locally on your PC, not on a mail server IMAP - Internet Messaging Access Protocol: You can use multiple computers and devices to check your email. Your mails are stored on the server. Sent mail stays on the server so you can see it from any device.

Log in to the website management portal, go to Domain & Admin Settings > Email Account Admin. Next to the email account, click on the edit button to change the password.

To remove emails from the server log in to your webmail through a web browser by going to mail.cowboys.com.na. Log in with your email address and password. You can either delete the old emails from there or create an "archive" folder and move them out of your inbox. To up your spam score and lessen the amount of spam going to your inbox, change this in the webmail as well. Go to settings > spam > general settings > score threshold. You can also add a rule for certain email addresses or domains to reject any mail received from them. Under the general settings, go to "address rules"

You cannot “convert” an existing POP3 account directly to an IMAP account. In short, there are 3 steps to this process;

1. Remove your current POP3 account.
2. Add your IMAP account.
3. Transfer your mail folders (if space on the server permits it).

We first need to open your international port on our server and then you need to port 2333 for your outgoing mail when sending from outside of SA. Notify info@kwikwap.co.za and we will open the port for you.

It depends where you are sending/receiving your emails from. If you are using the webmail service at mail.your-domain, then follow the steps on emailhelp.co.za > General Information. If you are using an email client such as Microsoft Outlook, then visit Microsoft Outlook's support center for steps.

Remember to use Kwikweb email settings and not the settings in the guide. View settings under emailhelp.co.za > Settings.

The emails should automatically download when the setup is completed with the correct settings. Only mail found in the webmail inbox (mail.orangehygiene.co.za) will be downloaded to the new setup.
