HEREWITH A FEW WAYS TO RETRIEVE YOUR EMAIL PASSWORD:

1. VIA KWIKWEB MANAGEMENT PORTAL

Login to your website management portal by going to www.kwikweb.co.za.

Click on Login, then enter your username and password for your website management portal (remember, this is not the username and password for your email address).

Go to Domain & Admin Settings and then click on Email Account Admin, here you will be able to view your passwords.

2. VIA EMAIL

Email info@kwikweb.co.za from your alternative email account and request your email and password.

3. VIA CALL

Call Kwikweb Head Office on 021 072 0303 and request that your password be smsed to you.

Please note, no password will be given over the phone and the password will only be smsed to the contact number listed on the website.
