To remove emails from the server log in to your webmail through a web browser by going to mail.cowboys.com.na. Log in with your email address and password. You can either delete the old emails from there or create an "archive" folder and move them out of your inbox. To up your spam score and lessen the amount of spam going to your inbox, change this in the webmail as well. Go to settings > spam > general settings > score threshold. You can also add a rule for certain email addresses or domains to reject any mail received from them. Under the general settings, go to "address rules"

Your account has been opened for international sending. Please use port 465 or 2333 for your outgoing mail when sending from outside of SA. Notify email@example.com if this still does not work and include your Internet IP address.
